This is by discovering those dreadful and at the same time spectacular images of the fire in Notre Dame that I had the idea of realizing this Vitrail Noir (Black stained glass): the rose window in the North transept charred and smouldering.
A paint patina always realized with this unique pigment, it is in the matter that this stained glass was shaped, like it was fossilized in this black charred earth, but so fertile.
To me, this painting is really dark but full of hopes…
